Open [1.2.1] Unresponsive controls, Unable to Play

[LITTLEBIKER]

When I finished my last play session doing all of my Dojo Park encounters in Arbury, I closed the game. When I logged back in I was still in the grass area instead of in front of the tamers and it showed 0 encounters left, so I tried to walk out. I got prompted with the dialogue box "That's enough young tamer. No more battles for you, for now... etc" when I click out to close the dialogue box I can not move, open map, or menus. After closing the game and opening now just starts with the dialogue box and I have unresponsive controls with mouse, keyboard, and controller (PC Player)
