Not a bug [1.2.2] Valentine's Event 1000 Feathers not credited to account despite logging in within the last week.

The issue is simply as stated.

Logged in last Mon to check Saipark and hunt Thaiko for a bit. Talked on #Global for a short period, then logged out. Upon logging in this week (and after redeeming the event code, which seems to have worked perfectly fine), I find that my account doesn't have the 1000 Feathers credited to it. I'm not sure if this is perhaps tied to me only being around for a short period early on Mon last week or if there are more factors at play.

The same problem. The code worked, but in the game i didnt get either 1000 feathers or the seal. I log in every day. I restar the game many time whit no change. ID #1162260

Hi! We have checked internally, and I'm afraid there's no indication of any issues related to the system not giving Feathers. We have also checked your account and you have more than 1K Feathers, and thus seems that you did receive them correctly.

After redeeming the code, there isn't any confirmation message that lets you know those Feathers have been added to the sum Feathers you had previously. It's easy to miss it without a confirmation message, and everything points there were no issues related to our system not giving them.

Also, the seal is sent to the Vault once the code is redeemed! Please check there.

Then with all due respect, are you able to tell me where my 1000 Feathers are so that I might spend them? I'd think you'd be able to see the transactions internally, yes? I'm not trying to put anyone in a vise here, but I'd like to know what the internal balance shows for my Feathers and what it shows as being purchased if you're sure nothing is out of place, as the game displays 105 Feathers to me.
