READ FIRST - How to report a bug

NOTE: If you find out an exploit or something that could be exploitable by other users, please don't post them here. Instead, send us an email to support@cremagames.com with the information.

We get lots of bugs and it's super hard to keep track of everything. Please follow these rules to help us!

1. SEARCH FIRST
Use the advanced search, limit it to only look in the Bug reports forum.

Try to use several keywords similar to your problem to search.

If you find an already existing thread, please add your information there before opening a new thread.

2. POST ONLY ONE BUG PER THREAD
This helps us keeping things better organized and tracked.

You are more than welcome to open several threads if you find several problems.

3. THINK ABOUT A GOOD TITLE
Include the version in which you find the bug in square brackets at the beginning of the title: e.g. [0.2.5] My pigepic can't fly

Try to be precise on what's the problem and how it happened.
Bad titles:
  • Game crashed
  • I'm stuck
  • Black screen
Good titles:
  • Game crashed while doing Turbo Choreography on a poisoned Temtem.
  • Stuck between tourists NPCs on Arissola.
  • Black Screen on the loading screen after entering Mokupuni's Dojo.
4. DESCRIBE THE PROBLEM AS BEST AS YOU CAN
Try to answer all these questions:
  • What were you doing when the bug happened?
  • What did happen exactly?
  • What did you expect to happen?
  • Does it happen every time?
  • Does it happens even after restarting the game?
5. INCLUDING ATTACHMENTS IS INCREDIBLY HELPFUL (LOGS, SCREENSHOTS, VIDEO...)
Always include the log file. The log will help us identify the issue faster and it has a lot of invaluable information for us.

Make sure to grab the log just after you got the bug. This is extremely important because the logs resets every time you restart the game.

The logs can be found in your user data directory (%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Crema\Temtem), they're called Player.log and Player-prev.log

It's very important to grab the log BEFORE restarting the game, otherwise, it will be replaced with the new one. If you restarted the game, you can send us the Player-prev.log (if it's present on the folder).

If you don't know how to access this folder, you can click on the Windows Start logo in your taskbar, write run, press intro and copy-paste that folder (%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Crema\Temtem) in the Open field, then press OK. That should open the folder in your explorer.

Best way to share the log with us is to upload its contents to Pastebin.com and share the link inside your post.

Additional footage or images would also help us identify the issue. If you need to post a picture, you can upload it to Imgur. If you need to post a video, you can upload it to YouTube and remember to set the video as Unlisted. Don't crop your screenshots or footage to remove your name/trainerID because we maybe need that in order to solve your bug.
